More About Deion Higginbotham

Deion Higginbotham is a winner of the 2022 American Black Film Festival x Warner Bros. Discovery Writers Initiative. He was a Semi-finalist in the Screen-craft Drama Screenplay Competition in 2019. An avid reader and creative, He was born In West Oakland California, where he attended Academy Of Art University studying Writing for film/TV, with a minor in Journalism. While working numerous Retail Jobs, Deion worked tirelessly finding his voice and honing his craft as a writer. Deion enjoys playing softball and reading. He currently writes for Showtime Production on the Tubi Series Complicated Season 2.
